Is the system easy to use?

Once you’re up and running, using the system is a routine straightforward activity, well within the capability of an average computer user.

Getting set up will require you to invest an hour or so thinking about your business and its customers. Included in the price is telephone support – we will explain the issues you need to consider and show you how to configure the system to meet your requirements.

How many testimonials and referrals will I get?

It’s impossible to say. Experience varies widely between different users and it would be misleading to predict results for your business. If your customers like your business then the system will help you unlock the commercial value that’s in those customers' hearts and minds. If they’re reluctant to provide them, then you have serious issues to address. ProCustomer will give you the feedback you need to gain an insight into the problem.

How much does it cost?

The monthly subscription varies according to how much you use the system. You can choose one of our standard plans (starting at £35 per month) or design your own price plan. You can change your price plan at any time, in the light of changing circumstances.

How are the testimonials published on my web site?

There are several options, depending on the technology behind your site, and your preferences: Add a ProCustomer box in which your testimonials scroll Put a single testimonial in a panel on your site – it will be picked at random every time someone visits the site (see the examples throughout this site) Put a single testimonial in a panel on your site – with a button that users can click to see the further ones (see the example on the left) Add an RSS feed to your site Access testimonials through web services to make them appear anywhere on the internet The system will provide a file illustrating all these techniques, and which contains full instructions for your web developer.

I already have some testimonials - can I add them to the system?

If you can demonstrate that your testimonials are authentic we can load them onto your account, from where you can stream them to your web site. Ask us for a quotation for this service.
